We are urgently hiring MD Medicine Doctors / Consultant Physicians for a well-established 100-bedded multispecialty hospital in Alibaug, Raigad. This role offers excellent career growth with the opportunity to develop as a Senior Consultant Physician in a progressive hospital environment.

The selected candidate will manage a wide spectrum of internal medicine cases, deliver OPD/IPD services, and lead evidence-based treatment for adult patients including acute, chronic, and critical care conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive internal medicine care in OPD, IPD, ICU, and step-down units
Evaluate patients, interpret investigations, and formulate diagnosis & treatment plans
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiac & respiratory disorders
Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate stabilization
Conduct regular ward rounds and coordinate with surgeons, intensivists & specialists
Guide and mentor RMOs, junior doctors, and nursing staff
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control & patient safety protocols
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/HIS
Participate in CMEs, audits, and clinical meetings

Required Qualifications

Educational:

MD Medicine / DNB Medicine from a recognized institution
Fellowship in Internal Medicine / Critical Care – added advantage

Professional:

Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration
Minimum 3+ years post-MD experience in multispecialty/tertiary hospital
Strong clinical and critical care decision-making skills
Good communication in English, Hindi/Marathi
Ability to handle high patient load and work in a team
