Bayan Medical Company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Product Specialist – Orthopedics to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing of orthopedic products and the ability to build long-term relationships with surgeons and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of orthopedic products across assigned territories.
Establish and implement sales strategies, objectives, and targets.
Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets through effective planning and sales management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to surgeons and medical staff.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product developments.
Identify new sales opportunities and market segments.
Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or related).
3–5 years of sales experience in surgical or orthopedic products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the UAE healthcare market is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
