WhatYou’llDo As a Clinic Director

Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
Foster a positive, patient-centered environment withhigh standardsfor clinical care
Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinicalperformanceand scheduling
Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills throughUpstream’sprofessional development programs

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active GAPhysical Therapist license (or eligible)
Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing othersrequired
