Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist Intern (Pilates) role based in Civil Lines, Delhi. The intern will assist in designing and leading Pilates-based movement sessions tailored to clients' individual needs, as well as educating them on proper form and technique. Key responsibilities include performing client assessments, developing personalized exercise plans focused on rehabilitation and flexibility improvements, and ensuring client safety during sessions. The role may also involve updating client progress reports and maintaining studio equipment to high standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Physiotherapy principles
Proficiency or certification in Pilates and experience in exercise instruction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
Ability to assess client needs, develop individualized exercise plans, and ensure safety during sessions
Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate client records
Passion for physical wellness and a positive, empathetic approach towards clients
Prior experience in physiotherapy or mindful movement practices is an advantage
Degree or ongoing studies in Physiotherapy or a related health and wellness field
