Role Description This is a remote role for Nutritionists, Therapists, Lactation Consultants, and Physiotherapists who will provide virtual, evidence-based care to users across various life stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online consultations, assessing client histories and goals, and developing individualized care plans in line with Gynexa’s clinical protocols.

You will offer ongoing counseling and follow-ups via digital channels, track progress using the platform’s tools, and adjust interventions as needed. The role also involves documenting sessions accurately, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing feedback to enhance AI-driven care pathways and educational resources. Professionals in this role are expected to maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity while delivering accessible, user-centered care.

Qualifications

Appropriate educational qualifications, certifications and licenses based on speciality
Proficiency in patient communication, including explaining complex concepts in clear, empathetic, and actionable ways.
Relevant clinical credentials as a Nutritionist, Therapist, Lactation Consultant, Physiotherapist, or equivalent, with appropriate licenses or registrations as required by local regulations.
Prior experience in telehealth, digital health, or remote consultations, with comfort using online platforms and electronic health documentation.
Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills, with a commitment to non-judgmental, inclusive, and gender-sensitive care.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team across time zones.
Familiarity with women’s health, maternal health, postpartum care, hormonal health, or related specialties is strongly preferred.
