Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, guiding patients through prescribed exercises, using therapeutic equipment, and monitoring progress against clinical goals. The role involves documenting assessments and treatment outcomes accurately, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and caregivers), and updating plans based on patient response. The Physiotherapist will also educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery and independence.
Qualifications

Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on rehabilitation for neurological, musculoskeletal, and geriatric conditions.
Strong patient-care skills, including empathetic communication, patient and family education, and the ability to motivate individuals through challenging recovery processes.
Solid documentation and reporting abilities, including maintaining accurate clinical records, progress notes, and treatment summaries.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers in a multidisciplinary environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
Experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or out-of-hospital care settings is preferred; exposure to stroke, neuro, or geriatric rehab is an advantage.
Comfort using basic therapy equipment and willingness to follow standardized protocols and evidence-based practices.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility to manage patient schedules and workload in a fast-paced clinical setting.
