Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role located in Kozhikode. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and execute personalized treatment programs aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall well-being. Daily tasks include evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing rehabilitation plans, educating patients on preventive healthcare, and collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive care. The role also involves monitoring progress and adjusting treatment protocols as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Physiotherapy techniques, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation practices
Abilities in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset for tailored treatments
Relevant degree in Physiotherapy and active registration with a professional regulatory body
Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience, especially with neurological, musculoskeletal, or age-related conditions, is preferred
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
