Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator, based in Chandigarh. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, guiding patients and their families, coordinating care plans, ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers, and addressing patient inquiries. The role involves applying medical knowledge and maintaining exceptional service standards to support patients throughout their care journey.

Qualifications

Experience with Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Care Coordination and understanding of Patient Care processes
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in an on-site role in Chandigarh
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
