ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physical assessments and developing individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs. The role includes supervising exercise sessions, tracking progress, managing appointments,

and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, evidence-based care.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Conducting thorough assessments to understand the patient's current physical condition, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.

Creating customized exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and limitations.

Monitor patient/athlete progress, updating the Supervisor on njuries, treatment, and progress.

Create comprehensive treatment plans incorporating sports massage therapy, personalized nutrition guidance, and collaboration with sports nutritionists and massage therapists for holistic care.

Regularly update senior physiotherapists on patient progress, seeking guidance before initiating new processes.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Freshers are welcome to apply - with a qualification in BPT / MPT.

Candidates with strong verbal & non verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge on manual therapy techniques is mandatory.

Experienced individuals with 1-5 years of experience in evaluating mobility, strength, posture, and functional limitations to design effective treatment plans.

Therapists who can work closely with strength coaches, rehab specialists, and medical staff to create integrated recovery and performance programs.
