About Peak Age

PeakAge is a preventive health platform for Indians 60+. We deliver physiotherapy-led mobility sessions, personalised nutrition guidance, and dedicated health management at home/online, by a team that genuinely cares. Our goal: help older adults stay strong, independent, and active for longer.

The Role

You'll be the primary touchpoint for our members visiting their homes and conducting online sessions as needed. This is not a clinical rehab role. You'll work with largely healthy older adults who need consistent, medically credible movement guidance (Strength and mobility excerises).

What You'll Do

1. Conduct initial mobility assessments balance, strength, flexibility, gait and document findings clearly

2. ⁠Design and deliver personalised programs accounting for each member's conditions (diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, osteoporosis, post-surgery)

3. ⁠Track session-by-session metrics and share structured progress notes with the Health Manager

4. ⁠Engage members on diet, hydration, sleep, and daily habits as a knowledgeable health ally, not a nutritionist

5. ⁠Coordinate with the Health Manager for a holistic view of each member

Building Peak Age Together

1. Contribute to clinical protocols, intake workflows, and the client journey

2. Provide honest feedback on what's working

3. Help shape Peak Age's care philosophy

Who We're Looking For

BPT / MPT from a recognised institution, registered with the relevant council

1–4 years of clinical experience (strong MPT freshers welcome)

Geriatric care experience preferred

Based in Bangalore ( Preferred KR Puram / Whitefield, Bangalore area)

Compensation

Compensation based on experience/ candidate | Home + Online | Mornings preferred (Open to part time as well)
