Who We Are

Physio on the Run is a private physiotherapy social enterprise with deep community roots. We provide clinic-based care inside a busy medical practice, home visits across Campbell River & nearby communities, and virtual sessions — all aligned with the PABC fee guidelines.

Guideline-based billing – clinic visits $140–$170, home visits up to $250, virtual $220

Higher average billings per session → higher take-home at 46% employee commission

Your Role

Clinic care: Start with a busy caseload from day one
Optional variety: Home and community visits for those who want it
Caseload pacing: 1–2 month orientation on hourly pay so you build at your own comfort level
Mentorship: Weekly case consults + one-to-one mentorship built in
Autonomy: Shape your schedule, caseload, and specialty focus

Signing Bonus / Relocation Support

$3,500 signing bonus (paid in installments in your first year)
Relocation support if moving to Campbell River

Stable Start (Orientation Phase – 1–2 months)

Guaranteed $54/hr hourly rate while you learn our systems, find your rhythm, and build confidence

Next Phase (Commission Model)

46% employee commission — higher than most employee roles in BC, once you have met your schedule spacing goals, or its better financially for you to switch
With our higher billings and full caseload, realistic full-time earnings $100K–$+150K/year
Example: (based on real data): 36 hour week, estimated working 47 weeks per year, 4% vacation pay and 5 paid sick days = $111,570.83
Example: A typical 6-hour day bills ~$1,000 — no stacking allowed

What You Need

Registered (or eligible) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
Valid BC driver’s license
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about patient care
