We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager/Assistant Manager to join our specification team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated territory while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territorial sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree with MBA preferred
7-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in specification selling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
