We are currently looking for a UK-trained Consultant in Critical Care Medicine (ICU) for a leading tertiary healthcare institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in adult intensive care, including exposure to complex hepatobiliary and liver transplant cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultant-level care in a multidisciplinary Adult ICU setting
Manage complex critically ill patients, including multi-organ failure
Lead the peri-operative and post-operative care of liver transplant patients
Oversee advanced hemodynamic monitoring and organ support therapies
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and ICU teams
Participate in rapid response and emergency resuscitation protocols
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical governance

Required Expertise:

Advanced mechanical ventilation (invasive & non-invasive)
Sepsis and septic shock management
CRRT and renal support therapies
Vasopressor and inotrope management
Ultrasound-guided ICU procedures
Airway management and difficult intubation
Post-liver transplant critical care management

Requirements:

UK CCT in Intensive Care Medicine (or equivalent Tier 1 qualification)
Minimum 3–5 years Consultant experience preferred
Experience in tertiary or transplant centre settings
