Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Pharmacist (hiring for every other Saturday), based in Toronto, ON. The Pharmacist will be responsible for checking compounded non-sterile medications, dispensing prescriptions, and providing medication counseling to patients. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing inventory, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. As a part of our dedicated team, the Pharmacist will play a key role in enhancing patient care and supporting their health journey.

Qualifications

Proficiency in non-sterile compounding and prescription dispensing
Proficiency with Kroll
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, drug interactions, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient counseling and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory effectively
Customer service skills and a patient-focused approach
Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the province of Ontario
Experience or interest in natural health products and alternative therapies is an asset
