* Build a Legacy of Trust: Move hospitals from "Level 1" (Episode-centric) to "Level 5" (Family Health Network) maturity, where they care for the entire household unit for life.

* Eliminate Friction: Champion a world where no patient ever hears a "busy tone" during a medical emergency and can book care in exactly 90 seconds.
