- Medical degree and specialization in General Surgery from a recognized institution.- Board-certified or equivalent in General Surgery.- Proven experience as a Consultant General Surgeon, preferably with experience in the UAE or Gulf region healthcare systems.- Strong clinical decision-making and surgical skills across a broad range of general surgery cases.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.- Commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.- Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE.- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a compassionate approach to patient care.
