Role Description
We are seeking a full-time TPA Doctor/Medical Consultant for an on-site role based in coochbehar district(West Bengal).Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medical cases, liaising with insurance agencies and TPAs, coordinating patient documentation, and ensuring compliance with medical and policy guidelines. The role also requires effective communication with patients, hospital teams, and insurance companies to ensure accurate claims processing and approvals.
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of medical terminologies, clinical procedures, and general medical practices
- Experience in healthcare consultation, case analysis, and policy compliance
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation with patients, hospital staff, and insurance representatives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
- Proficiency in medical claims processing and thorough documentation skills
- Medical degree (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS or equivalent qualification); prior experience in TPA processing is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic hospital settings
