The successful candidate will play a vital role in diagnosing oral conditions and performing surgical interventions to improve our patients' dental health.

Core Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients’ oral health needs through examinations and imaging.
Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, implant surgeries, and reconstructive jaw surgeries.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedure details, and ongoing care instructions.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
Engage in ongoing continuing education to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements.
Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Board certification in Oral Surgery is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oral surgery practice.
Strong surgical skills and the ability to manage complex cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and staff.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Valid dental license and adherence to all state regulations.
