Talentspoc is excited to announce an opening for a radiologist in Oman, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. In this position, you will utilize your skills in interpreting a variety of medical images, contribute to patient management, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure top-notch care for our patients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
- Communicate clear and concise findings to referring physicians and other medical staff.
- Participate in clinical team discussions to inform treatment planning based on radiological findings.
- Adhere to safety standards and quality assurance protocols ensuring reliable imaging services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in radiology practices.
- Educate and mentor junior staff and residents in radiological practices and interpretation techniques.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
- Board certification in radiology is required.
- A current medical license to practice in Oman.
- At least 4-5 years of clinical experience in diagnostic radiology.
- Proficient in interpreting diverse imaging modalities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Willingness to engage in continuous education and professional development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient-centered approach.
