Hiring: Senior Ayurvedic Doctor – Head of Department
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Ayurvedic Doctor to lead the Ayurveda department at our premium wellness property.
🔹 Position: Head of Department – Ayurveda🔹 Experience: 6+ years preferred🔹 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Ayurveda department
- Diagnose and treat patients using authentic Ayurvedic principles
- Develop customized treatment plans and Panchakarma protocols
- Ensure high standards of clinical practice and patient care
- Manage therapy teams and supervise daily operations
- Conduct wellness consultations for resort guests
- Lead and conduct basic yoga sessions and wellness activities
- Maintain proper documentation and treatment records
Requirements:
- BAMS (Mandatory) / MD Ayurveda preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on Panchakarma experience
- Prior experience in a wellness resort / premium wellness centre preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and patient interaction skills
