Job Description
We are looking for a General Dentist (BDS) with strong communication skills and basic clinical knowledge who can handle patient counselling, conversion, and treatment explanation.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and understand their dental concerns.
Conduct basic dental check-ups and record findings.
Explain diagnosis, treatment plan, and procedures to patients in simple language.
Support in treatment conversion through effective counselling.
Coordinate with senior doctors for advanced treatment cases.
Maintain patient records, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinic hygiene.
Skills Required
Strong communication (Hindi, English; Telugu added advantage).
Confidence in patient handling and counselling.
Basic clinical knowledge of general dentistry.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Polite, patient-friendly attitude.
Qualification
BDS from a recognized university.
Valid dental registration certificate.
