Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, experienced in assessing and treating musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, and aligned with a holistic wellness philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical dysfunction, pain, or injury
- Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and rehabilitation guidance
- Educate patients on posture, movement, injury prevention, and self-care
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
- Stay updated with current physiotherapy techniques and best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid physiotherapy license/registration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused, empathetic, and professional approach
Preferred Skills (Optional – adjust as needed)
- Experience in orthopaedics, sports, or wellness-based physiotherapy
- Manual therapy skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
- Prior experience in hospital, wellness center, clinic, or healthcare organization
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
