Candidate Profile
We are seeking a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS / MD Ayurveda) with strong clinical expertise and UAE experience to deliver OPD consultations, holistic assessments, and personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans. The role involves managing chronic and lifestyle-related conditions while coordinating therapy-based wellness programs in compliance with DHA standards.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of total clinical experience, including 4+ years in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to OPD consultations, Prakriti–Vikriti assessment, diet and lifestyle counseling, and supervision of Panchakarma and therapy programs. The role requires excellent patient interaction, documentation skills, and adherence to regulatory and clinic protocols.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid DHA License – Ayurvedic Doctor (active or transferable)
- 7+ years total experience
- 4+ years UAE experience (clinic / wellness center / hospital)
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong patient-handling & counseling skills
- Notice Period: 30 days
Core Clinical Skills Required
- OPD consultations, detailed history taking & Ayurvedic diagnosis (Prakriti/Vikriti)
- Personalized treatment planning:
- Ayurvedic medicines (as per UAE & clinic policy)
- Diet and lifestyle counseling
- Chronic & lifestyle condition management:
- Weight management & metabolic health
- Women’s health support
- Pain & musculoskeletal conditions
- Digestive disorders
- Stress & sleep management
- Skin & hair concerns
- Panchakarma & therapy program planning, coordination, and monitoring
- Patient education, follow-ups, and progress tracking
- Clinical documentation, EMR usage, consent, hygiene & DHA compliance
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized Ayurvedic treatment protocols
- Coordinate and supervise therapy plans with therapists and clinical staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as required
- Ensure structured follow-ups and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to clinic policies, hygiene standards, and DHA regulations
