Kapur Axis is supporting hiring for a Patient Care Manager (Open to dentists only) for one of its clients in Delhi/NCR region.
This is a unique non-clinical opportunity for a dentist looking to gain exposure to patient journey management, counselling workflows, consultative sales and dental practice operations while working closely with senior clinicians.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing patient communication and follow-ups across treatment journeys
• Supporting treatment counselling, coordination with clinical understanding
• Handling appointment scheduling, recall and pending treatment workflows
• Tracking patient status, conversions and reporting insights
• Willing to train and understand premium treatments, consultations and procedures
• Managing patient concerns and escalation communication
Who should apply:
BDS with experience in patient care and consultations(clinical experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and patient counselling skills
• Ownership mindset with willingness to grow in diversified patient care, coordination and operations environment
• Flexible, adaptable and solution-oriented personality
• Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets , basic CRM and digital tools
• Empathetic, organised and proactive professional
