Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BAMS Doctor, located in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The BAMS Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using Ayurvedic principles, providing consultations, and developing appropriate treatment plans. The role also includes conducting patient follow-ups, maintaining accurate medical records, prescribing medications, and offering guidance on preventive care. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals within the hospital to ensure comprehensive care will be a key part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment techniques, and medical terminologies
- Skills in patient evaluation, care planning, and maintaining detailed medical records
- Proficiency in prescribing Ayurvedic medicines and recommending lifestyle modifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations
- Relevant clinical experience in Ayurveda is preferred
- A Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution
- Registration under the relevant State or Central Council of Indian Medicine
