We are seeking an entrepreneurial and community-minded Nurse Practitioner (NP) interested in establishing and operating an independent primary care practice in the welcoming and growing community of Hepburn, SK.
This is a unique opportunity to build and run your own clinic.
*This opportunity is structured to align with the Government of Saskatchewan’s current intake for Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Contracts. The selected practitioner will apply through the provincial process, with local support provided throughout the application and onboarding stages.
The Opportunity
- Establish and operate your own NP-led primary care clinic
- Provide family practice and walk-in services
- 1,000 sq. ft. renovated commercial space available
- Flexible structure: lease agreement or revenue-sharing model
- Collaborate with SHA on funding applications and program enrollment
- Serve an underserved and supportive rural population

Candidate Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with CRNS
- Eligible for independent practice in Saskatchewan
- Primary care experience preferred
