Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Dentist based in Kolkata. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients’ dental issues, performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, and providing patient education about oral hygiene and preventive care. Additional duties include collaborating with the dental team and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Dentistry procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative treatments
- Knowledge of Dental Radiography and Diagnostic Techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care, including oral health education and patient-first communication
- Effective Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work closely with support staff and other dental professionals
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with maintaining accurate patient medical records
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent; a Master’s degree (MDS) is beneficial
- Relevant work experience or internship in a dental clinic; experience in a fast-paced clinical environment is a plus
- Licensed to practice dentistry in accordance with Indian regulations
