We are currently recruiting for Travel Registered Nurses trained in Emergency Department to work across Nova Scotia at various Hospitals.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License and currently registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- 2+ years' experience working within an Emergency Room Unit mandatory
- Current and up to date BLS, ACLS and CTAS mandatory
- PALS, TNCC, Critical Care certificate considered an asset
- Experience working in ICU or Telemetry Unit considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate the nursing care of critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
- Caring and empathetic, acts always with integrity & respect
- Responsive and accountable, with strong communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and in-depth knowledge of critical care and emergency procedures
- Flexible, easily able to adapt to new and different environments
- Strong decision-making, can make timely and effective decisions, and advocates for patient well-being
Other requirements
- Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (MMRV) proof of negative TB skin test within one (1) year
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses)
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
