Position: MBBS Doctor / Medical Officer

Role Overview
3H World is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem and is seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor / Medical Officer to deliver high-quality patient care across its centres and hospital setups. The role involves clinical decision-making, patient management, and adherence to medical protocols, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Management:
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Prescribe medications and therapies as per clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and case history
Medical Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards
- Follow ethical medical practices and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits and quality checks
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and clinical teams
- Guide junior staff and support multidisciplinary patient care
Emergency Handling
- Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical care
- Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals when required
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain medical records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Ensure proper patient data management and reporting accuracy
Qualification
- MBBS (Mandatory)
- AFIH / MD preferred

- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic ability
- Patient-centric approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
