Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Doctor/Physician (MBBS) to join our team and support government-led healthcare initiatives. The role involves working in Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) to provide primary and preventive healthcare services to construction workers and underserved communities across Karnataka.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers (0–1 year experience) to gain hands-on experience in community healthcare and contribute to impactful public health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care and consultation to patients in mobile units
- Conduct basic health check-ups and screenings
- Diagnose common illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Assist in preventive healthcare programs and awareness initiatives
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and government officials
- Ensure proper utilization of medical equipment and supplies
Qualifications:
- MBBS from a recognized institution
- Valid medical registration/license
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)

We have been associated with the Government of Karnataka, Department of Labour in providing preventive healthcare medical testing programs for the past 5 years and have successfully conducted more than 6 lakh medical tests across Karnataka.
The Government of Karnataka has launched an innovative program under the brand Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) to benefit labour communities across every district. Currently, 100 mobile medical units are actively deployed across the state.
Under this initiative, the Mobile Medical Unit serves as the first point of contact for addressing long-term medical issues faced by registered construction workers under the Karnataka Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
