We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to provide specialized care for our elderly patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations tailored to elderly patients
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that address chronic illnesses and age-related conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records as per healthcare standards
- Stay updated with advancements in geriatric medicine and integrate best practices into patient care
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
- 3+ years of experience in geriatric or related medical field
- Strong knowledge of geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
