MadhuNova Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations and assist lab technicians/pathologists in sample collection, testing procedures, and maintaining laboratory hygiene and records.
- Assist in collection and labeling of blood, urine, and other samples
- Prepare samples for laboratory testing
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of laboratory equipment and work areas
- Support lab technicians during diagnostic procedures
- Record patient information and test details accurately
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste as per safety guidelines
- Ensure proper storage of specimens and lab materials
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and report shortages
- Intermediate / Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Pay: ₹8,855.39 - ₹29,175.74 per month
