Key Responsibilities Patient Care • Assess patients’ health conditions and needs • Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) • Provide bedside care and emotional support Medication & Treatment • Administer medications and injections as prescribed • Assist in medical procedures and surgeries • Maintain accurate medication records Documentation • Record patient history and progress • Maintain medical reports and charts • Ensure confidentiality of patient information Coordination • Work closely with doctors and other healthcare staff • Educate patients and families about treatment plans • Coordinate discharge and follow-up care Safety & Hygiene • Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards • Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines • Ensure proper use of medical equipment
