Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lab Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, handling samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate reporting while following all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and process laboratory samples
- Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate test records and reports
- Follow laboratory safety and hygiene protocols
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and chemicals
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff when required
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in MLT or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lab Technician
- Willingness to work in Rotational shift
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
