Mint Health + Drugs is a growing healthcare organization with a simple but important purpose: to help people access the care, service, and support they need in the communities we serve.
We are pharmacist-led, people-focused, and committed to creating a workplace where accountability, teamwork, and service excellence matter. Our teams work hard, support one another, and take pride in delivering care that is professional, compassionate, and practical.
At Mint, every role contributes to the experience we create for our patients, customers, partners, and employees. We are looking for people who bring initiative, reliability, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Dispensing & Compounding: Prepare, package, and distribute medications, ensuring accuracy in dosage, labeling, and storage.
- Collaboration: Work within multidisciplinary teams (in clinics/hospitals) to optimize patient care and transition plans.
- Drug Information: Act as a drug information resource for patients and other health professionals.
What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Licensure: Active or eligible for registration with the applicable provincial pharmacy regulatory body
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting or in direct patient care is often preferred.
- Screening: A satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search are required.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication (verbal and written), and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Technology: Experience using electronic health records (e.g., Kroll) and medication order entry systems.
- Certification: Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA).
At Mint, we believe great care starts with great people. If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and you can be part of building One Mint, we’d love to connect.
We offer a very competitive salary and may consider a signing bonus for the right candidate. Come help us create the Mint Experience for our patients, our teams, and our communities.
