Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Specialist Neurology Doctor based in Khor Fakkan. The role involves diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, developing treatment plans, conducting neurological evaluations, and prescribing appropriate medications or therapies. The Specialist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care, provide consultations to other medical departments, and stay updated on the latest advancements in neurology.
Qualifications
- Arabic speaking
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a range of neurological disorders, including epilepsy, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases
- Strong skills in patient evaluation, medical assessments, and diagnostic procedures
- Experience in creating and managing individualized treatment plans and therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of neurological research, advancements, and best practices
- Medical degree and specialization in neurology, with a valid medical license to practice in the UAE
- Board certification in Neurology (or equivalent qualification) is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and ongoing professional development
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is beneficial
