Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Allied Health Professionals (Professor,Associate & Assistant Professors)based at our VIMS Hospital,Salem campus,Pudhucherry Campus and Chennai Campus.The professional will be responsible for implementing and delivering high standards of patient care, conducting clinical assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. Responsibilities also include mentoring students, participating in training sessions, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, and staying updated with advancements in allied health practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient care execution
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience in mentoring or training students in relevant fields is advantageous
- B.Sc,M.Sc or PhD in Allied Health Sciences or a related field
- Certification or licensure in the appropriate area of allied health practice is desirable
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with developments in allied health
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
