Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients undergoing limb lengthening and other related orthopedic procedures. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized therapy plans, conducting physical assessments, and guiding patients to enhance mobility and strength. The role also involves educating patients about post-surgical care, continuously tracking progress, and adjusting therapies as needed to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in physical therapy techniques, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic-related conditions and treatments.
- Ability to design and implement patient-specific treatment plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Relevant certifications and licensing as required for practicing physiotherapy in India.
- Prior experience in rehabilitation post-orthopedic surgery is an advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt therapies based on patient progress and needs.
