On behalf of our client, a modern and well-established medical center in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced and professionally mature Head Physiotherapist to lead and manage the physiotherapy department. The successful candidate will play a key role in team management, ensuring high standards of patient care, and further developing rehabilitation services within a modern multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and support the physiotherapy team in the department’s daily operations
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and chronic conditions
• Ensure high standards of physiotherapy care and patient experience
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs when necessary
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary approach
• Participate in the planning, organization, and development of the department
• Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and professional standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid Physiotherapy License in Cyprus
• Previous experience within a clinic or rehabilitation center
• Prior supervisory or management experience will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent knowledge of rehabilitation and physiotherapy practices
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Professional maturity and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-centered approach
• Very good command of Greek and English
