About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IVF Doctor / Fertility Specialist to join our clinic at HRBR Layout, Bengaluru. The candidate should have hands-on experience in fertility consultations, IVF patient management, stimulation protocols, follicular monitoring, and overall reproductive medicine care.
The ideal candidate should be compassionate, clinically sound, patient-friendly, and capable of handling fertility patients with confidence and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fertility consultations for couples seeking IVF, IUI, and other fertility treatments.
- Evaluate patient history, reports, scans, and previous treatment outcomes.
- Plan and manage ovarian stimulation protocols under clinical guidelines.
- Perform follicular monitoring and interpret ultrasound findings.
- Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI, egg freezing, embryo transfer, donor programs, and fertility treatment options.
- Coordinate with embryologists, counsellors, nurses, and clinical support staff.
- Assist or independently handle procedures based on experience, including IUI, ovum pickup assistance, embryo transfer assistance, and related fertility procedures.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the IVF cycle.
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure ethical, transparent, and patient-centric fertility care.
- Support patient education and counselling to improve treatment understanding and compliance.
Required Qualification
- MBBS with MS/MD/DGO/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Fellowship / training in Reproductive Medicine preferred.
- FRM or equivalent fertility training will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in IVF / fertility practice.
- Experience in follicular monitoring, fertility counselling, stimulation protocols, and IVF cycle management.
- Prior experience in a fertility clinic or IVF center preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of reproductive medicine and IVF protocols.
- Good ultrasound and follicular monitoring skills.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary fertility team.
- Empathetic and ethical approach toward patient care.
- Good documentation and follow-up discipline.
