GENESYS LABORATORIES is looking for an experienced and competent Senior Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all major laboratory departments and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in testing and reporting.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
Educational Qualification
DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations.
Independently handle Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Immunology sections.
Examine and report Hematology and Urine Microscopy slides.
Maintain and monitor Laboratory Quality Control (QC) procedures.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of results.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
Follow laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong practical knowledge of laboratory testing and reporting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
