Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Infection Control Nurse based in Bilaspur. The Infection Control Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing infection prevention and control policies, monitoring and analyzing infection data, educating healthcare staff on best practices, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. The role also includes assessing infection risks, conducting investigations, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote a safe healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Infection Control practices and protocols
- Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and patient care
- Understanding of Medicine, particularly in relation to Infectious Diseases
- Specialized knowledge in the field of Infection management and prevention
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Registered Nurse license required
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred
