Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Prosthodontist to diagnose, plan, and deliver advanced restorative and rehabilitative dental treatments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fixed, removable, implant-supported, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients requiring prosthodontic rehabilitation.
- Plan and execute:
- Crowns and bridges
- Veneers and smile makeovers
- Complete and partial dentures
- Implant-supported prostheses
- Full-mouth rehabilitation cases
- Conduct comprehensive treatment planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary specialists.
- Take impressions, digital scans, jaw relation records, and prosthetic measurements.
- Ensure accurate communication with dental laboratories for case execution.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and provide necessary adjustments and follow-up care.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and treatment documentation.
Patient Care:
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, benefits, and maintenance.
- Deliver a high standard of patient experience and ethical clinical care.
- Address patient concerns and ensure informed consent before treatment.
Quality & Compliance:
- Adhere to clinic protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Expertise in restorative and prosthodontic procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
- 1–10+ years of clinical experience in Prosthodontics.
- Experience in implant prosthetics and full-mouth rehabilitation preferred.
- Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows and intraoral scanners is desirable.
