About the Role
This is a dual-function role for a clinically experienced nurse who also brings strong quality control and compliance expertise. You'll support our multidisciplinary team in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, infection control, and regulatory adherence across our Abu Dhabi clinic.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with DOH and Ministry of Health regulations
- Oversee infection control protocols and implementation across clinic sites
- Maintain and optimise electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation standards
- Support clinical governance processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide high-quality patient-facing nursing care within a sports and MSK clinical environment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to uphold DISC's clinical standards
Qualifications
- DOH registered nurse (please note your licence status in your application)
- Minimum BSc in Nursing with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated experience in quality control, clinical audits, and health regulation compliance
- Infection control knowledge and practical implementation experience
- EMR proficiency and strong administrative capability
- BLS certified
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
