Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- conduct routine clinical rounds in patient care areas to ensure services are delivered safely and in accordance with established quality standards
- support the review and simplification of nursing policies, standards, and clinical protocols to improve usability and compliance
- analyse quality metrics and trends to help identify gaps and areas for improvement
- support the implementation of new protocols, standards, and quality improvement projects
- participate in the development and review of patient health education materials and resources
- participate in internal audits and institutional inspection activities to support compliance and quality standards
- monitor and follow up on patient feedback and system reports (AEMS), and identify trends to support continuous improvement
- support the implementation of evidence-based practices to promote clinical excellence
- collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, managers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
- stay informed of updates in healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
- participate in organizational quality committees and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
You should have:
- a BScN degree from any reputed Institution and a valid PNMC license
- at least two years of experience of working as a Nurse
- valid certificate in ACLS/ BLS, Safe medication Administration, Intravenous Cannulation and Conscious Sedation
- demonstrated ability to impart knowledge and skills, and possess expertise in chosen area on clinical practice
- commitment to excellence in nursing practice and awareness of current clinical and research literature
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently
- ability to work under stressful situations and meet stringent deadlines.
