Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Operations
- Prepare and arrange the Skill Lab for practical sessions, workshops, and training programs.
- Set up mannequins, simulators, models, audiovisual equipment, and other training aids before sessions.
- Assist faculty members during demonstrations and simulation-based learning activities.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of training equipment and consumables.
Equipment Maintenance
- Inspect, clean, and maintain mannequins, simulators, and laboratory equipment regularly.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Ensure availability of required supplies for training sessions.
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain attendance records of training sessions and workshops.
- Keep records of equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
- Prepare utilization reports and inventory reports as required.
- Maintain stock registers and issue records of laboratory materials.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the Skill Lab.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste generated during training activities.
- Follow institutional policies and accreditation requirements related to skill laboratory operations.
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance for simulation-based training and assessments.
- Support operation of computers, projectors, audiovisual systems, and simulation software.
- Assist in Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and other practical assessments.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification in simulation laboratory management or medical equipment handling will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital skill lab, simulation center, medical college, or healthcare training institute preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
