We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Massage Therapist to join our Wellness team and deliver exceptional recovery and performance-focused experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury private club environment, supporting golfers, athletes, and members through sports massage, mobility work, stretching, yoga, and recovery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional sports and therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue and recovery-focused therapies.
- Lead guided stretching, mobility, yoga, and breathwork sessions.
- Support members with injury prevention, flexibility, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
- Conduct personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Educate members on recovery techniques, posture, mobility, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate closely with Golf Operations, Coaches, and the Wellness team to enhance member performance and recovery.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every member.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:
- Qualification in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Experience delivering sports massage, deep tissue massage, and recovery treatments.
- Knowledge of stretching, mobility, and recovery techniques.
- Yoga instruction or breathwork experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and member care.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach.
