Role: Lead Physiotherapist

Location: North Bangalore (Sadashivnagar, Sanjaynagar, Hebbal).

Commitment: Part-Time / Contract (~16 sessions/month to start).

At Age Stronger, we are building a community for the 50+ who want to get stronger and sharper with age. We don't just run exercise classes; we run science-backed protocols that combine functional strength with cognitive training (Cognitive-Motor-Dual-Tasking).

You will lead our group sessions. This means guiding 6-12 seniors through functional movements, monitoring safety, modifying for injuries, and most importantly bringing the energy.

This role is for you if

You want to explore beyond the 1-on-1 clinic loop. And you want to work in a vibrant community setting where the energy is high.
You have "Clinical Empathy". You understand the fear of falling, the frustration of a stiff knee, and you know how to encourage someone through it safely.
You believe in "Pre-hab." You agree that the best way to treat a hip fracture is to build the strength and balance to ensure it never happens.
