Nurse Practitioner — Primary Care Program

Integrity Medical & Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our NP-led primary care clinic in southwest Calgary. We welcome NPs who want to join the Alberta NP Primary Care Program (NPPC) and those who are already participating and looking to transfer an existing panel.

Our clinic is located in a highly convenient southwest Calgary medical hub, with physiotherapy, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, dentistry, optometry, and other services all nearby or in the same building complex. We currently have two NPs and a psychologist in office with physician support available off-site and locum coverage.

This role is a good fit for an NP who wants to:

Join a supportive, collaborative practice with other NPs
Work toward full panel capacity with stable, no-drama primary care patients
Have flexible in-clinic and remote work options
Wants convenient, time efficient access to supportive health services
Interested in earing additional income beyond the NPPC program

Schedule and Compensation:

Clinic hours available are 6:30AM to 9:00 PM, with flexible scheduling available. Compensation will follow the Alberta NPPCP panel model and will be structured as an independent contractor arrangement with a standard 75% NP / 25% clinic overhead split.

Start date is May 2026 or as soon as NPAA/NPPCP participation is approved.
