Part Time LPN URGENTLY NEEDED to provide one-on-one care in a long term care home setting, for a highly intelligent 38-year-old man with a history of traumatic brain injury. Non-verbal, uses a special wheelchair, and needs assistance in all aspects of daily living such as personal hygiene, PEG feeding, medication administration, and community outings. Family is very involved, and outings require use of a van modified for wheelchair access (van provided by family).

Shift hours: 0700 – 1500, 1500-2300

Schedule: Two day shifts and two evening shifts

This setting is in Nanaimo with supportive staff and a family-focused environment.
